	I thought I'd repost here our deliberations from the end of the Babysham thread. We deduced that there was a god in the book shop in Ep6: either Leon, Babysham, Alan, Jade, the bloke at the desk or someone unseen. We had theories on why Babysham's eye was needed to open the box in Ep4, but nothing concrete. Why does Leon kill the gods? Is he in the pay of Stew? Or the bookshop god? What is JimSD's role in the events at the end of Ep6? ---- "Would you like a cup of tea?"

	I think Madame Galena's scene in BS6 is a useful resource. I precis: LEON Anna Barrett? I thought you were killed in the Barbican incident... MI7 intended to open it by way of a mass execution event, so as to be able to access a previous position... LEON ...So they killed a lot of people to travel through time? BABYSHAM Pretty much. GALENA By coexisting at an infinite number of points in time, I was able to circumvent the laws of causality. I was trapped in the stargate as a giant space baby. LEON Right. BABYSHAM MI7 are an intelligence organisation specialising in extra-dimensional surveillance. It would be taking quite a risk to get them to reprogram me though. They might double cross us. GALENA MI7 can be trusted. LEON They can? GALENA I have sensitive information that will ensure their compliance. LEON Oh god... ALAN Won't that be asking for trouble? GALENA Never show your cards until they're needed, dear. Do Leon's deicidal activities have anything to do with the Stargate or time-travel? What sensitive information does Galena posses to keep MI7 in check? Is she perhaps working for MI7?

	I can only assume that Jim and Leon are looking to close the stargate. I must admit I'm not really clear on what they'd gain by doing that. The stargate is a pantemporal axis: that is to say it is a route through which people can travel through time. It is, I assume, how we've been able to see so many Jims in one place. Closing it seems only to serve one person's interests: SJ's. Unless its existence is damaging to the universe. Perhaps it's not so much about the stargate. Perhaps its a genuine attempt at revolution. And that gives us the only reason for closing the stargate: with the gate open, God can return. So why would Leon and Jim want God and Bhuvana (and Satan) dead? To leave the throne open for Stew? Surely there's more to it than that. So I think ANSX will explain this plot and reveal their true ends. And now I shall go to the spoilers thread and see if I'm right.

	That all sounds sound to me, Dan. I'm sure Stew is in on the plot... probably Alex too. How do you think the two Babyshams will pan out?
